The flag of the Quality of Life Sovereign Government consists of a green cross on a white back ground with a blue natural spiral overlay. The green cross on a white background represents the English origins of The Magna Carta based Constitution of Great Britain and the blue spiral represents the upgrading of this Constitution into the natural law based Constitution of The Quality of Life Sovereign Government
