The Constitution of The Quality of life Sovereign Government is based exclusively on natural philosophy and natural law.

The only laws The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass and is obliged to do so are those that prioritise quality of life.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass laws and is obliged to do so that promote and advance a societal code of ethics based on natural law.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass laws and is obliged to do so that protect the God given or natural rights of the individual as prescribed by natural law. These rights include the right to: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; clean air, water and soil; cultural heritage including language, music, art and dance; ownership of private property; personal and national sovereignty; practise religion that recognises man is a spiritual being governed by natural law.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass laws and is obliged to do so that promote and advance natural philosophy science, natural health care, organic farming, natural law economics, and natural law finance.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass laws and is obliged to do so that inhibit individuals, groups, companies, research laboratories, scientific institutions, financial interests or any other organisation to engage in activities that seek to control and exploit nature including humans, animals, sea life and plant life in a manner that negates natural law or in any way diminishes quality of life within the nation.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass laws and is obliged to do so that inhibit individuals, groups, companies, financial interests or any other organisation to engage in activities that negate natural law or in any way diminish quality of life within the nation.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law that negates the natural right of the individual to live by a code of ethics as prescribed by natural law.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law that negates the God given or natural rights of the individual as prescribed by natural law. These include the right to: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; clean air, water and soil; cultural heritage including language, music, art and dance; ownership of private property; personal and national sovereignty; practise religion that recognises man is spiritual being governed by natural law.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law that interferes with the freedom of the individual to pursue a given life style or pass any law that mitigates the negative consequences that may ensue from this life style where it conflicts with natural law. Each individual is held personally reposnible for his or her actions as prescribed by natural law.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law or sign agreements of any kind that are not consistent with natural law or do not prioritise quality of life.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law or sign any treaty with any foreign government or international body that overides the Constitution in any way for any reason whatsoever.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law or sign any international agreement that improves standard of living at the expense of quality of life.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law or sign any international agreement that undermines national sovereignty or the personal sovereignty of its citizens.

The Quality of Life Sovereign Government can pass no law or sign any international agreements on human rights that conflict with or undermine the God given or natural rights of the individual as prescribed by natural law.

According to its Constitution The Quality of Life Sovereign Government has no rights only an obligation to exercise power in a manner that protects the natural rights of the individual according to natural law.

According to its Constitution The Quality of Life Sovereign Government is responsible for managing the natural assets of the nation according to natural law. It is also responsible for managing the infra-structure owned by the people. This includes railways, roading, water supplies, ports, power supplies, tele-communications, a people-owned bank, a natural health-care system as well as a natural philosohy based education system. In addition it is also responsible for maintaining an effective police force and judiciary system based on English common law, where the highest law is natural law. Maintaining an adequate military force to deter a would be agressor is also its responsibility.
